HDD crackling noise - normal or not?

Hello,

 

From the first day HDD making crackling noise. I bought PC half year ago. Everyting is perfect, no freezes, BSOD or any problems, just that loud HDD makes annoying sound then "thinking". Is this normal or not? It even crackle sometimes when not doing anything with PC. I checked it with dskchk utility, with HDTune and few other tools, no problems found. PC shown as very healthy. My HDD is WD1002FAEX: WD CAVIAR BLACK 1TB 3.5" SATA3 7.2K 64MB.

Isn't WD1002FAEX one of the loudest WD HDD out there? Many people who have it says it's making very loud "thinking" noise.
