Lost partition after 3 days install an anti virus

My WD5000AAKX have lost the partition after install anti virus on 3-4 days,but i don't think this problem caused of AV installation. anyone can explain to me?

Have you try to format the drive and resintall the Operating System?

If a drive is infected with viruses, there is a chance that data can be corrupted after a virus scan.
