Problem with HDD

During I was watching something on youtube, i heard some click from HDD and after that couldnt access E, F and G partition. I restarted computer several times, boot was slower than usually, but still couldnt access these partitions until I shut down and turned on computer. Then everything was normal, all data on hard drive.

What should I do now? Is this HDD reliable or should I buy another one?

Is my opinion that you need to backup your computer and replace your drive...
