Unstable sectors on WD-500gb Internal Harddisk

Hi,

I am new to the forum. Last year I bought a GB WD Harddisk. Sudeenly tommorrow it started showing sloppiness while executing. So I hooked up another device to check if any problem is there. The app showed 2 unstable sectors.

 

My question is can it be repaired or do I need to take it for repair.

PLease answer soon

Hard drive platters cannot be repaired.  If bad sectors were detected  is recommended to have the drive replaced.

You are in the wrong forum and exactly how did you test this disc to find these 2 unstable sectors.
