I would get my data off the drive and replace it. If there are too many bad sectors, you won't be able to do anything with it.

EDIT : Well i think i need to RMA it but recently i wiped everything in the HDD using jetico BCWipe, random 1 pass, after that is done, i tested again using quick test and extended test, it passed! but when i tried again after a few hours quick test failed again and again just like before, write zeroes (quick) passed but it says cannot update disk error just after it finishes writing zeroes.
Quick test fails until now and i'm still doing the extended tests..it's taking a few good hours.
So any ideas, anyone? RMA?
