WD RE4 out of warranty after LESS THAN ONE year?

Hi,

 

I have a WD RE4 1.5TB drive that just died.  The RMA system says the warranty expired in august 2010, but the drive was bought in march 2010.  On the drive, it says it was made on 24 December 2009.

Purchased in Canada from a reseller.

Did you contact WD about this?

 

If you have your purchase receipt you can contact WD and they will update the warranty for you.
