WD WD5002AALX or WD5000AVKX

Which of these drives is a better drive for Video editing? Both are SATA 6. Both will be put on a Z68 mated with an SSD drive to take advantage of the Smart Response Technology. Is the Caviar Black or the AV with SilkStream  better?

I'll go with the Caviar Black...for me is the best....
