WDC WD20EARS-0 0MVWB0 disappear from time to time

Hi. I got a costumer that have some issues with a Caviar green sata drive.
From time to time it disappear from my computer. This happened when he starts the computer. Some times it shows sometimes its not there. Done a diagnostic test. Test results are shown below.
He got 2 identical drives like this and only one of them behaved like this. What can be the cause? And what is advised to try to fix it, don't know where to start since the test didn't show any errors on the drive.

How are the drives connected? Are both connected as standard SATA drives all the time?

Here is a scr dump.
The disk was not initialised so i just did. And the scr pic taken after.
All the drives are connected with sata cables.
No splits

The harddisk sometimes shows at startup, but then suddently disappear. It showed this morning, but then it was gone again.

see the smart data with hard disk sentinel...
is your hard drive loosing partitions ?
if so i would recomend replacing.. but try another cable and another sata port first

I did the test u asked me to do. Tried new cables, still dont work. Cant initialise the hdd anyhow
I did test it with the program u told me to use and
Did not find any errors. What to try now? ITs about 1gb with music on that disk

COmputer managment sais the hdd is unallocated.
trying easus partition recovery now.
