My Passport Studio 1TB become HOT.

I am new using My Passport Studio 1TB. But just few hours used, this good become hot and going more hot for long hours used. Is it a normal condition?

Depends of what you define as hot

 

If is hot the touch but you can still can handle the drive with no problem.. yes that's normal

 

if it gets burning hot than you have a failed drive
