MyBook Studio Edition II - Raid Manager

I have connected up my MyBook (via Firewire) for the initial install (installed drivers off CD). In WD Raid Manager Drive Configuration chose, RAID 0. It has been sat in Progress for 2 hours now, no special lights on the actual box and no reassuring noises. How long should I wait? One thing to note, just before it started to Progress, the blue WD icon in the top toolbar disappeared and a message window asking about Time Machine came and went quickly.

Anyone got any words of wisdom?

You might have already stopped the installation. Try installing the application using the USB cable instead.
