Connect my pc directly with Ethernet?

HI,

 

I have many things to take on my book so it take more than one day for everything and the upload goes at 2mo/s...

Is it possible to connect my pc directly to My book with an ethernet cable ? i think if i  can do it, it will be faster...

Hi pcsni,

 

Although you should be able to connect the MBW whitelight drive directly to your computer and transfer data using the Ethernet cable, you probably wont see any faster transfer speeds then you are over your network, unless your network speeds are very very slow.  Although I have seen speeds as high as 25 MB/s to this unit, typical is around 9-12 MB/s regardless of direct connect via Ethernet or Network connected.
