HEEELP - MY PASSPORT EXTERNAL HD not working !!! [ Edited ]

PLEAAAAAAAAAAASE HELP.. ALL MY DATA ON THE DISK !!!

I have a 1TB my passport external disk that was working normally on windows 7. I diconnected it (safely) from the laptop. and now it is not wroking anymore !!

whenever i connect , windows takes lot of time then it starts to install the drivers and  i get the following 3 messages :

USB MASS STORAGE DEVICE                               READY TO USE

dISK DRIVE                                                                 READY TO USE

WD SES USB DEVICE                                              NO DRIVER FOUND

i downloaded the driver and installed it (win 64) but still the same problem.

i update the driver via device manager and , but still same error.

even after all the above , the disk does NOT show in "my computer" and it shows as unintialized in the disk manager

It could be a data recovery program, get a data recovery program and scan the HDD.

MANAGED TO WOKRK LUCKILY.. BUT AFTER JUST DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING AGAIN.. I GET THE SAME ISSUE AGAIN!!!
