Bill_S - thanks! I'm using Version 5.1.7 (7534.57.2) - this is up to date as of this morning (there was an update to do with Flash Player, but that's probably not relevant!)

 

Also, I'm running OS X Lion.

Actually, it might be relevant to have flash updated.  I logged in using both Safari 5.1.2 and 5.1.7 (the latest), and I had no problems getting in.

The problem these folks had was based on the old captcha.  So, you can't have the same problem.  Can you be more specific?
