Backup Methods

Is there any way to schedule backups with the Smartware software. I have backup continuously in the background which seems to chew up a lot of resource even when set to only back up when the system is idle, and I'd prefer to be able to schedule backups to take place at convenient times. Does Smartware not support scheduled backups or if so - where?

SmartWare does not have an option to schedule backups: WD SmartWare cannot create scheduled backups
