Mybookliveduo RAID problem [ Edited ]

Just got MyBookLiveDuo and trying to change from RAID 0 to RAID 1 and

I watched it and it went through step 1 to 100%

then step 2 to 50%

then I get:

31830 - Conversion was not successful.

I looked for similar issues on this board but did not see a similar problem. Any ideas on what I should try next?

Any luck with this as my MyBookLiveDuo has just arrived and I've got exactly the same error (in the same place)?

Yes I went into Dashboard/settings/utilities/reboot device and I rebooted it.

When it came back up it accepted changing the RAID 0 to RAID 1, then it rebuilt and when I came in this morning it was all done and ready to go.

Thanks for the advice.

Just rebooted and this time the RAID1 conversion seemed to work and its now currently rebuilding.

I tried restarting etc, but it still fails at the same step. Anybody has a suggestion ?
