Rescan for My Book

Howdy,

 

not had my My Book for long, but I find whenever I shut it down via the dashboard, and restart it by plugging in the cable, it never shows in teh Shared area on my Mac, nor in the toolbar Quick View.

 

THe only way I can get it seen by the Mac is to restart the iMac, something I dont want to have to do every time.

 

What is wrong with me?

If you have the iMac and the MBL connected to the same router, have you tried restarting the router?
