Can't remotely access folder using Mac OS

It will be great if somone can help.

 

I stored  files in organized folders in the Book Live.  When I remotely access (via internet by using wd2go for connection) the Book Live by Mac OS, some of the folders cannot be opened and an error "An unexpected error occurred (error code: -43) pops up. However, if using Microsoft Window, there is no problem in accessing these folders.  

 

I 've updated the firmware of Book Live.  

 

Anyone can help?

You may try using a different Internet browser in your Mac.  You can also verify if your MBL is updated to its latest firmware.
