I have done updates but still can't back up to MBL with MBA running Lion

I have seen the other threads about the update to the firmware needed to get Lion to back upto MBL using time machine - I have done the updates and it still says - "The network backup disk does not support the required AFP features."

 

What can I do?

I get the same after update, but then I press check for update again and mbl find new firmware again. Fist update was to 1.xx and next to 2.xx

Hi, thanks for your reply.

 

I just tried updates again and it says "Your firmware is up to date"

 

The last update was "Mon 29 Aug 2011 01:10:47 PM PDT"

 

Version "MyBookLive 02.01.06-026 : Core F/W"

 

 

Still no luck getting it to work

 

update - I tried installing the update manually and it worked! Yay :smileyvery-happy:
