Media player unable to read subtitles from mybooklive 2TB

Hi,

I need help.

I have a few media players and I tried to watch movie from mybooklive via wireless or wired, through a router.  It seems like it cannot read any subtitles directly from mybooklive.

When I tried to connect directly through my portable harddisk, it works fine.

Did I forget to switch on something??

What happens when you try loading the subtitles?

Do you know if it's supported on the player to get subs from a NAS?

This might have little or none to do with the MBL

Hi Wizer,

I am not able to load the subtitles, it state that it's not available.

I do understand that the player support subs from NAS, reading through the forum.  Not sure what is wrong with it..
