Livewire Utility can't see the Adaoters

I bought the kit, installation was easy enough and it has been working a couple of weeks without issue. One is connnected to my PC via 100mbit card, the other one to a router, TPLINK.

 

I haven't used the Utility since I first installed the kit. I recall seeing that the 2 units were talking to each other at about 130mbs. Now, even though everything works, the Utility can't find any of the units.

 

Also, file transfers are terribly slow. I can't get above 30mbs but this could be a WD SMB problem.

 

Help.

I reinstalled the utility and all is well.

How did you managed to get the utility to recognize the livewires?
