Just curious for those that have bought this product:

 

What version of firmware did it come pre-loaded with?

 

... and after you installed your router, did it notify you that something newer was available? 

 

And if so, what version?

The router will notify you that a new firmware is avaliable.  I just got mine yesterday and updated it to the current version - 1.03.11.  I did not make a note of what version was on the device, but it was several revs back (1.01.x - I think).
