WD Livewire and Mac

Just received a WD Livewire. There isn't anything on the packaging that indicates the enclosed CD is Windows only. Further, this information isn't printed on the CD itself, nor is it found on any of the enclosed documents. I only found out by trying to load the CD into my computer. Then, I had to go to your website and download the manual (which is not enclosed in the packaging) to find out that it is indeed not compatible with Mac operating systems.

I don't understand why your other products would include both Windows and Mac software (your hard drives, for example), but this doesn't. I'm extremely disappointed.

Well, just so you know the installation disk is not needed at all to make the livewire work.

Yup no application for Mac but you don't need the application to use it

Next time, check the specs to avoid any confusion
