Special Firmware Update - My Book Live Duo SmartWare Patch (3/15/12)

This My Book Live Duo patch is ONLY for users that have encountered a C++ Windows error when running the installation CD. For Mac OSx users, the installation CD will give a false indication that the WD QuickView for Mac was installed successfully.  When you update your My Book Live Duo with this patch, it will re-populate the Software folder with the correct contents.
