Confused with Norton Ghost 15

So I'm confused with Norton Ghost 15 when It comes to... 1.Recovering files 2.Understanding the different backup options. So one Number 1. I have no idea how to recover my files when I click on "Recover My Computer" under tasks since it shows a message that tells me " the selected destination contains the recovery point being restored and cannot be overwritten" on Number 2. I have no idea what the difference between the two backups of from one being a One Time Backup and the other being Run or Manage Backups I'm not sure what Conversion really does.

Did you try Norton? This sounds like a software issue not a WD problem. One may be a full backup and the other a incremental backup of changes.
