I want my money back

I paid $264.40 Dec 30 2011 plus $24 to send the first on back. The drive still doesn't work. So that will be another $24 to send it back again. WD owes me $312.40. Who do I get in contact with?   Jim

Hello mate. You dont say what really happened, are you talking about the advance replacement?  This is a user to user interaction forum, a moderator might escalate your case, but the correct way to handle your problem is through tech support.
