Regarding HDD Status (edited )‏

Hello,
 
It was very worst experience with WD. I sent my 500 GB HDD date 24-11-2011 [ edited ]after a long time when I
didn't get my HDD I called to WD care & they told me didn't receive the hdd when I call to courier & 
tracked the HDD. they told me HDD delivered but the rma missed from WD I dont 
know what was the story behind it finely they generate the new rma (edited )
on 2feb 2012. Till now I didnt recive the HDD & I also lost 4 months warranty of my HDD plz tell who will 

responsible for this ....!!!!!!!!!!

I WANT MY HDD UPCOMING WEEK KINDLYYYYYY ARRANGE THE HDD ASAP (WITH EXTEND MY WARRANTY PERIODS WHICH WERE 
LOST)

is best to call WD for this type of problems

 

this is and issue with a return...
