What's a good affordable antivirus solution (centrally managed) for a small business?

I'm looking for an AV solution that's centrally managed but affordable, for about 100 computers. Want something that's lightweight and covers basic AV protection, don't need bells and whistles. Thanks!

For that many computers, you could probably go to any of the major software companies and get a good deal.
