Good day, I would like to receive help from a support, and I am open to all questions, my WD 1 TB external hard drive not being recognized bywindows 7, it loads the software is installed successfully, but the unit isdisabled for access, I wonder if someone could tell me what might be happening.:manvery-happy:

Hi there, can you post the model number of the drive? And did you check if the drivers (Not the software) were installed for the drivw?
