WD Elements 2 TB doesn't work

Hi All,

 

I bought WD Elements 2 TB around four month ago. And it worked great.

But yesterday the hdd was died. Or something like that.

Win 7 32 can't see this device anymore.

Moreover, I can't run this hdd as well. Only LED blinks. But I can't hear that disks spin.

I tried to change USB ports and USB cables. Probably I have an issue with a power adapter.

But I can't test it because I don't have another one power adapter or PC.

 

Did anybody have the same problems with WD HDDs?

Contact WD they'll probably send you a new power adapter.
