Hi

 

My WD external suddenly doesn't work.

 

I am unable to format it, also in the Lifeguard diagnostics it has failed the SMART status.

You need to provide more details.

 

- Have you test your drive in a different computer?

- Have you replace the USB cables?

- What's the drive status on Disk Management?
