WD10TMVV-11TK7S1 1.0 TB external hard disk is not regconised

Hi all

 

my external hard disk is WD10TMVV-11TK7S1 1.0 TB external hard disk. by some reasons the hard disk is no longer accessible, if I plug in any computer, it said its driver is initio, I could not find from the disk manager

 

I have replace many cables, and windows and linux

 

do you have any ideas? I would appreciate your time reading this message

There is a problem on the circuit board when it shows Intio. If the drive is still in warranty contact WD.
