6 months out of warranty, Scorpio WD1600BEVS

Ok...can't change from red...w/e

 

6 mths out of warranty and the drive no longer boots.  Just the ticking of it seeking.  And no customer loyalty program?   I have a Seagate that is 5 yrs old that still boots like a champ!  My other is a Maxtor that is even older!

 

This is my 2nd WD product and 2nd WD failure.

 

I can't find a way to email WD directly, so I'm posting here.
