How to find the Screw Settings (Nm) for the Torque

Ok I think this is a new to this forum. I own a HDD 1TB (I will post the model later). I own a small clean room and I want to order a torque that will safely replace the screws on the HDD after opening it and closing it back in. I will change the headers. That's the problem actually. But if the screws are not correctly screwed then I am...

How do I find the Nm of the screws so I can set up the Nm setting of the torque?

I am sorry but I do not have a clue about what you are talking about, however I think that you may contact WD to obtain this information.

Re: How to find the Screw Settings (Nm) for the Torque

I thought i should post here before contacting wd. The screws are screwed with a specific force that is counted in nm. I need to know that force to set up the torque.

Re: How to find the Screw Settings (Nm) for the Torque

I found something online-states that the MOUNTING screws are 6-32 screws with  5 in./lb, MAX 10 torque which is about 0.6 Nm I believe.  I realize these are mounting screws as opposed to cover screws, but maybe it's some indication of what they need.
