WD Scorpio Blue for Toshiba L650 Satallite Problem

I'm stuck on a problem. Once I've installed windows 7 onto the Hard Drive it starts the setup like normal but this message comes up... windows setup could not configure windows to run on this computer hardware. Am I missing something like a noob? Lol Cheers for any help
