WD400 CRASH

where can been the cause of WD 400 crashing. Off recent we have many  WD400 disk crashig with the system. Where the problem is we can't recover the data in it. Even trying slaving the disk to another system.The system can't detect the disk so other recovery tools can't been tried on it. Please we need your help on what to do.

According to your description seen to me you will need to contact a data recovery company......
