Cannot access my MBWE II via Mionet any longer

Hello,

I was able to access via Mionet web access my new WDMBWE !! 2TB until this morning. When trying to acces via Mionet web access the following error occurs:

My public folders show offline when going into "access my files"

I was in the middle of accessing a public folder with some pictures and it froze on me.(Half the thumbnails downloaded and it suddenly stopped) I re-started Mionet web access and re logged in and it still shows Offline.

I can no longer access my files .

What should i do ?

I re-booted the MBWE and this morning i was again able to access my files via Mionet Web access and suddenly it froze again. My MBWE shows offline again !!! This is pretty frustating. Why is it so unstable ?

Can someone help me ??? The MBWE is fine within my network an easily accessible however via Mionet outside my network it is not reliable.
