[HDD SMART] HDD 3 SMART Health Status: Failed.

I keep getting this error now.

 

After reboot the WD NaS unit operates fine but when I try and copy I get the Error

 

Now big question is, does WD offer Advance RMAs in South Africa

 

as this 4TB unit is about 72% full of DATA

 

Please help ASAP.

If I were you, I would be more worried about not getting my data off the old unit. Of all the nas' I have, only the WD MyBookWorlds and sharespaces have lost me data.
