HELP please with my WD my book 6tb

can someone please help

Ive purchased  the above drive and have conected it as stated in book to router etc

when loading the software from cd i cannot see any words on the tab / buttons to continue install

I have rebooted, delted etc but still no joy

 

Is there anyway to proceed without install from disc?

um, what OS are you using? try installing software from this wd site

or better yet don't use any software and manually map the drive

 

\\mybookworld right click on the public folder > map network drive
