Help! Mybook 4TB stuck on 4th light / 9%

MY dual disk Mybook is stuck. ANyone any odeas how to fix this?

 

The only url that works is http://192.168.1.222/admin/inquirer.php and gives a random number in percent between 1 and 10! and a "message Starting System Now .........."

 

Tried, hard reset (as no web interface)

Tried leaving for 24 hours with 4  lights - nothing

Tried leavign off for 24 hrs - nothing

When the 4th light comes on there is no more noise from teh disks.

Is the drive a MB World or Live Duo?

Its the 4TB Raid 1 with a Netwrok connection in the back 2 disk.

 

No firmware update unless it does it itself.
