How to I set up a folder that can be access by home users, in the home not aboard. Like I said I'm new to this

Once you have installed and connected your NAS go to" my Network" and you will find your device. Click it to open and choose the "public folder". Once inside you will see a few folders (Do not erase them) "shared music" "shared videos" you can just right click on your mouse and choose to create a new folder or instead use the "shared"folders already existing.
Hope this helps i am also pretty new at this and it works fine for me using windows Vista
