Password protected folder share - unable to access

I have a MBWE II. Created a new network share and password-protected it. Granted full access to admin and read-only access to another user.

 

But when I try to open the folder in Explorer on Windows 7, and I'm prompted for user ID and password, it fails. I'm logging in as admin with the same password I use to access the WD admin tool. And logging in as the other user with his password also fails - "not accessible".

 

What am I doing wrong?

Hi, try disconnecting from any other shared folder that you have mapped and then try again to map the private folder.
