Dont see WD Quick View after starting from hibernate

I have a MBLD 6TB. I have installed WD Quick View and SmartWare on my winxp laptop. I see that from time to time when I start the laptop from hibernate, the win xp nitification area (bottom right corner) doesnt show the WD Quick View icon. This doesnt seem to affect pending backups. I would have to reboot the laptop to see the icon back. Is this a known issue? Any remedy for this? Thanks!

I would recommend to uninstall/reinstall latest version of SmartWare, and also try from other computer to see if the issue is reproduced.
