raya horinzontal en los menus

hola amigos tengo wd elements play de un tb ,todo va bien escepto por una raya horinzontal que sale en el televisor al enchufar este y luego al apagar el disco duro y encenderlo otra vez se quita,me pueden esplicar si es una mal funcionamiento ,gracias amigos

trata con otro cable para confirmar si el problema es de el equipo

Nunca habia visto este caso.... podrias intentar revisar que los cables de la unidad esten bien conectados, puede ser un cable mal conectado.
