hola soy de san juan argentina me compre el disco en el mes de setiembre el de 1.5 tb y hace poco cuando quise hacer la copia hice algo mal y desaparecio esa unidad la que tenia los manuales y programas para hacer la copia les agradeceria me digan como volver a recuperarlo gracias

Primero mira a ver si la computadora reconoce el disco en el administrador de disco.

Si tienes una Mac prueba con la utilidad de disco.

si la pc reconoce el disco pudes bajar el manual y cualquier aplicacion de la pagina de WD
