"Please wait for USB update"

Hi guys

This is the message I see the last two days on the TV screen: "Please wait for USB update".

I never tried to do the software upgrade wd elements play. I have no idea what has happened. If I format  the hard drive of the device? Please help!

Are you sure that message is coming from the EP?  Do you even have anything connected to its USB ports?

I have nothing connected to it's usb port. But if i connect a usb drive, nothing happened the message still is on the screen.
