Cannot sign in on wd2go.com

i followed all the intructions of the web access page on  my live duo.

click on the link on my email that they send to go to the wd2go page to enter your desiered password.

but after i did all that it still says incorrect password or email. 

P.S. did this more than ones and the lastime i did it i made my pasword incredibly simple so i can't posibbly make an incorrect password or email.

Try the "forgot password" option
