Remote copy/paste always fail!!!

Hi

i'm accesing mybookliveduo 4tb from the internet via wd2togo.

I reach th folder i want, with password.etc.. and then i copy from my computer 1 file of 12mb(!)

and paste it to the folder created by wd2go.

It starts copying and then stops, always!

No chanche to copy somthing from my pc (win 7) and the liveduo!!

i'm not happy!

are you doing this from work?

check that the firewall or proxy settings are not blocking or interrupting the connection

Does the transfer window disappear, or does it "freeze"?

WebDAV doesn't actually display the remaining transfer time properly, so the transfer window will look "frozen" for however long it takes to transfer before suddenly shooting to 100%.

I'm not sure if my antivirus, Kaspersky is blocking my packets, i will check.

The windows seem frozen e and i cannot close the window in anyway. its' completly frozen.

i turned off kaspersy but nothing happens.

I have always the same problem.

And a friend of mine , that is another user in mybookliveduo has the same problem.
