Trouble Mapping a Drive with WD2go on a PC using ESET Smart Security 5

I received this from a user, and thought it would be benficial for others in the community.  Keep in mind that WD's Technical Support does not provide support for third party software or hardware.

If anyone is having trouble mapping a drive with WD 2go, check to see if you have ESET Smart Security 5 installed.  If you do, you may not be able to mount a drive until you make changes to the settings to allow for it.

1. From the system tray (lower right corner of your screen next to your clock) Open ESET Smart Security 5 and it will open to main menu screen
2. Click Setup
3. On right panel, click on Web and email option
4. Under section Web access protection, click Configure
5. Advance setup screen appears and left panel appears in Windows Explorer format
6. Expand the Web access protection
7. Click on URL address management and right panel opens with drop down box
8. Make sure the option in drop down "List of addresses excluded from filtering" is highlighted
9. Click the Add button below and a pop up field appears
10. Enter in the field: https://www.wd2go.com/ and click Ok button
11. From the drop down, select now "List of allowed addresses" so that it is highlighted
12. Click the Add button below and a pop up field appears
13. Enter in the field: https://www.wd2go.com/ and click Ok button

Once this is updated, reboot your XP PC and you should be able to mount the drive.
