Latest WD2GO Pro was released last night ( version 1.0.1 ) - just tried it out and seems to work perfectly.
Problems I had attaching via my home network now all gone, haven't tested away from home yet but I'll assume that's still fine. Thanks Raj, WD and all those on the thread

From app store, go to updates or iTunes will auto download. Latest version is 1.02.

I've not been able to resolve the issue with my Netgear N300.

 

The issue appears frequently but very randomly when trying to access via my iPhone. Access from a PC has never worked - it gets to the point where it will show a page with the button with the MyBookLive image on it. Sometimes the bottom of that pages says connected - sometimes it does not. It makes no difference which it says because I can get no further than that page at any time from a PC.

has this issue been resolved yet, the app was working fine then i still get "Device not accesible : Local documents are available : (F.11)"

 

 

I dont think it is a router issue as the services work perfectly ok on my adriod phone but not may ipad 2

 

 

latest firmware installed

Having the same problems with Pro version - my Router is a dlink dsl-2640-B - free WD 2Go works fine but not the PAID FOR version...

The device is not accessible.  Local

documents are availiable. (F.11)

 

I have only tried local lan connection but I see others can connect via 3G.

 

WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!
