Why android WD2GO App can't play stream media

Hi,

 

my smart phone model is Nexus s and WD MBL 1TB

and download WD2GO APP on android market:

https://market.android.com/details?id=com.wdc.wd2go

also install  RockPlayer and MOBO player,

but still can't play stream media:.AVI format,.MKV format.

 

how to do?

Hi, It appears that there might be some special characters in the names of those AVI files or file extension might not be one of the known media types such as AVI or MKV. I would suggest renaming one of the AVI files to "test.avi" on your NAS device, and retry to see if that helps. How ever if you could let me know the complete name of the file including it's extension, I would be happy to investigate the issue.
